The CRIMINALS' Advantage
Criminals have many advantages over every day, law abiding citizens with the main reason being exactly that law abiding citizens for the most part, obey the law. This creates a big handicap when facing someone who intentionally breaks the law to get ahead, and possibly just for fun at times. This crippling fact forms levels, areas, and even times where a criminal can operate at full capacity while the law-abiding citizen is still considering what to do. And if the law-abiding citizen plans to win or at least survive if ever targeted by a criminal, he had better know these facts and have a plan to work around the handicaps that being a decent person place upon him or her.
