Mixed Martial Arts sport competition is the laboratory where Martial Art Disciplines' effectiveness can be tested and proven. This testing ground has de-bunked the prior delusional concept that most one dimensional Martial Arts believed and professed to the world, ...that “their art” was superior to others.

There IS NO SUPERIOR MARTIAL ART, only superior Martial Artists. And to be a true superior Martial Artist in today’s Martial Arts world of MMA reality, one has to be an expert of several Martial Arts just to survive in the real game.
